Data and documents

On the local preview, no enquiry is saved. When the Royal Grace Enquiries plugin is active on WordPress, sending the server form stores the submitted details in private WordPress records accessible to administrators and requests a notification to the business mailbox. No automatic acknowledgement email is sent to visitors. A keyed hash of the IP address is used temporarily for rate limiting. No attachments are accepted. A retention period, controller information and rights contact must be finalised before publication.

Market data

The market band is supplied by TradingView: forex, indices and commodities (WTI and Brent crude oil, copper and gold as CFDs). Data are indicative and may be delayed depending on each instrument. They are neither Royal Grace selling prices nor freight quotations. If the provider is unavailable, the source links remain accessible and no estimated price is substituted. Hiding the band does not guarantee that network requests stop.

The home-page maritime module shows VLSFO and MGO 0.5%S (Rotterdam, NLRTM) and the Baltic Dry, Capesize, Panamax and Supramax indices. Port and fuel grade matter: Rotterdam is not a Gibraltar quotation. The BDI is a daily index in points, separate from USD/day charter rates and USD/tonne voyage freight; it is not a freight offer for your voyage. Handysize, Handymax and Ultramax are not connected: no estimate replaces missing coverage. Public redistribution requires appropriate rights, including Baltic Exchange rights for the BDI.

OilPriceAPI

The home-page maritime module contacts OilPriceAPI only after a synchronisation click, sending the entered key and the selected instrument codes. The key is not persisted by this module. Personal API access does not establish public redistribution rights.
